i have never really been a runner. yeah i was on the track team in high school but i never really liked those longer runs.
over the past few years i’ve tried the couch to 5k program but could never stick with it. by week 2 i was all set with the running.
i’m doing it. actually running! 3 times a week! i signed up for a 5k in may so my goal is set. every day i’m a little bit closer.
i know that the next few weeks are going to be challenging – what keeps you motivated when you hit the tough parts my dears?
